Prior to employment, Lasaka Group staff are screened and verified. Once this process has been completed, an intensive training program is conducted.
As part of maintaining our high levels of service, we pride ourselves on new development, the latest methods and products. Should changes in the industry occur, our staff are kept abreast through ongoing training programs.  

All Lasaka Group staff are trained and our courses include theory and practical, as well as on the job training which we can customized to fulfill our clients needs.

Our training department has over 30 years of industry experience within Recycling and Waste Management and can offer our clients onsite training awareness initiatives.
